Our infamous turkeys are marinated in a saltwater and garlic brine with fresh sage, rosemary, and thyme for a day before we smother them with a garlic herb butter. This technique creates a very juicy and flavorful bird. With no prep at home or basting you will love the ease of just popping it in the oven and enjoying the fruits of our labor.
