Smoked Pulled Pork

This fully smoked , vacuum sealed  1 pound of chopped pulled pork is the newest addition to the SmoKing BBQ offerings. Pork shoulder is seasoned and marinated then smoked over a pit until it reaches a Carmel color on the outside and is tender and juicy on the inside . Then it is shredded and vacuum sealed. Can be heated from frozen or thawed, just serve with your favorite BBQ sauce. Great for sandwiches, tacos or as is. Feeds 4-6 people. For best results reheat in the bag it comes in. $18
